Digital skills shortage blights sector growth

Latest research by Chinwag Jobs, the UK’s leading recruitment website for digital media, reveals that with a limited talent pool to trawl, there are not enough big fish to go around.

Some 97 per cent of respondents in the Chinwag survey found it either difficult or impossible to attract suitably qualified digital staff for their businesses, with three-quarters (76 per cent) reporting problems persuading staff to stick around once employed.
